Flexible and strong
The Solidflex is the strongest trailer crane in its class. It can carry loads of 1800kg and be extended up to 34m. Here the aluminum components are combined with high-strength steel, its admissible total weight amounts to a mere 3.5 metric tons. It is distinguished by its flexibility, small set-up area and optimum adaptation to local conditions because its outriggers can be folded, pivoted and set to 256 possible positions. The MULTIFLEX support system is radio controlled.
Ground with surface irregularities of up to 50cm can be compensated without any additional support structure.
The high-power EHSC control with 32-bit technology enables all control commands to be processed on time. With its ultramodern CAN bus technology and two redundant safety controls, the Solidflex offers the greatest level of safety. This concept has also be certified by DEKRA. Thanks to the hydraulic cylinder, smooth telescoping is also guaranteed even when loaded. The crane also has radio-controlled traction drive with hydraulic motors and a fully automatic function for driving into the site.
